Administrator/Financial Planning Assistant

Barwon Financial Planning is growing rapidly, and an opportunity now exists for an administrator and financial planning assistant to work alongside the financial planning team. This role provides an opportunity for a clear pathway into an advisor role in the future.   

Located in the heart of Geelong, we are a privately owned ‘goal based’ advice business with a focus on Wealth Accumulation and Retirement Planning.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

·       Building strong trusted relationships with Advisers and clients;

·        Assist Advisers with preparation for clients meetings;

·        Liaising with product providers;

·        Managing office FDS and Renewal obligations;

·        Managing Adviser calendars and client bookings;

·        Traditional and social media marketing; and

·        General office/reception duties.

Skills & Experience

·        Experience in the financial industry preferred;

·        Experience in dealing with clients;

·        Impeccable organisational and time management skills as well as an eye for detail;

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills; and

·        A genuine appreciation and desire to deliver exceptional client service.
